Camp Confidence

What Camp Confidence Is

Camp Confidence is a youth-led camp focused on public speaking and debate. Designed specifically for kids ages 7-12, the camp creates a supportive space where children learn to think clearly, speak confidently, and feel comfortable sharing their ideas with others.

Through guided practice and small group activities, kids develop skills they can use in school, at home, and in everyday conversations.

Taught by Kids, Built for Kids

Camp Confidence is led by motivated student instructors who understand what it feels like to stand in front of others and speak. This peer-to-peer approach creates a learning environment that feels less intimidating and more relatable for young campers.

Our instructors know firsthand the challenges of finding your voice. They bring patience, encouragement, and real experience to every session, helping kids feel supported rather than judged.

The result is a camp where kids can try, make mistakes, and grow—all in an environment designed to build them up.

Why Camp Confidence

What makes Camp Confidence different:

  • Small group sizes for more individual attention
  • Practice-based learning with real speaking opportunities
  • Focus on confidence and participation, not perfection
  • Actual speaking and debate practice in every session

Who the Camp Is For

Camp Confidence is designed for kids ages 7-12. No prior speaking or debate experience is required—the camp welcomes beginners and kids at any level who want to build their confidence communicating with others.

Whether your child is naturally outgoing or more reserved, the camp provides a space for every child to participate at their own pace and grow their skills over time.
